So when can I get it?  All items are dispatched from our Cino Cleano® head office in Adelaide, SA and every effort is made to ensure it arrives safely and quickly.

Delivery options include:

Standard
Delivery to Australia-wide destinations can be expected in four to seven business days via Australia Post. International orders may take longer and depend on the postal service of the destination country.

Please note that the above delivery times are estimates only.  Delivery times may vary according to when the order was received, backorders and Public Holidays. 

Once your order is dispatched to the carrier, Cino Cleano® no longer takes responsibility for it.

Damaged Products

Please report any damaged deliveries to Cino Cleano within 3 working days of receipt of your order for us to replace your damaged product promptly.

Returns and refund policy
Product must be returned to the original point of purchase within 30 days of order date.

To return products to Cino Cleano please affix postage to your package and send it to the address shown on your invoice.

Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns /reorders will be charged the standard delivery rate.

 

Delivery Restrictions

Undeliverable Mail
In the event of your package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, you will be contacted by Cino Cleano®, either via email or telephone to notify you of the undelivered package and to verify delivery details for us to re-send the package.
  

Mail Not Received
If you have not received your package within a reasonable time of placing your order, please first contact your local Post Office to see if the package is there.  If the Carrier was unable to deliver to package, because no one was home to accept it, then it may have been returned to your local Post Office.  A delivery card is usually left in this instance.
